The Mamamoo member is set to return to the Philippines soon.
Korean singer Solar of the quartet Mamamoo is heading to Manila next month for her first solo concert titled ‘Colours.’
Set to take place at the Theater at Solaire in Parañaque City, the show will happen on Sunday, June 16, 2024.
Ticket prices have been revealed to cost Php 5,000 for Silver section, Php 9,000 for the Gold area, and Php 12,000 for the VIP section of the venue.
The event marks Solar’s return to the Philippines, a year after their successful ‘My Con’ tour in Quezon City in March 2023.
Meanwhile, she is the third member of the group to visit the country this year alone. Hwasa attended the Wanderland Music Festival 2024, followed by Whee In who brought her ‘Whee In The Mood’ solo concert tour to Quezon City in April.
Solar, along with the rest of Mamamoo, debuted in the Korean music scene in 2014 and is known for their songs like ‘1cm Taller Than You,’ ‘Piano Man,’ ‘You’re The Best,’ ‘Décalcomanie,’ ‘Yes I Am,’ ‘Egotistic,’ ‘gogobebe,’ and ‘Hip,’ among others.
In 2020, Solar made her solo debut and released the single ‘Spit It Out.’
In 2022, along with fellow member Moonbyul, they formed the group’s sub-unit Mamamoo+ and dropped the song ‘Better’ that same year.
