Korean pop girl group UNIS is in the Philippines this weekend for a three-day event in the major cities of Manila and Cebu.
They are scheduled to meet their Filipino fans as they bring their ‘U&Is’ fan sign tour to the country from today, May 4, 2024 until Monday, May 6, 2024.
UNIS will first hold the event in Cebu on May 4, 2024, followed by their two-day event in Manila on May 5 and 6, 2024.
Part of the new eight-member group are Filipina idols Gehlee Dangca and Elisia Parmisiano, as well as Filipino-Korean Jin Hyeonju.
Recently, Elisia, Gehlee, and the group’s youngest member Seowoon became a trending topic on social media after performing their rendition of the viral P-pop song ‘Pantropiko’ by BINI for a 1theK Originals video.
UNIS was formed through the survival show ‘Universe Ticket,’ which ended its run in January 2024.
They then made their official debut as a group on March 27, when they also released their first album ‘We UNIS.’
