- Caloocan City (no face-to-face classes from KINDERGARTERN TO SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL)
- Malabon City (no face-to-face classes in PUBLIC SCHOOLS)
- REGION I (ILOCOS REGION)
- Binmaley, Pangasinan (no afternoon face-to-face classes from PRESCHOOL TO SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL, public and private) until May 28, 2024
- Umingan, Pangasinan (no afternoon face-to-face classes for PRESCHOOL TO SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL, public) until May 31, 2024
- REGION VI (WESTERN VISAYAS)
- Iloilo City (no face-to-face classes for ALL LEVELS, public and private) until May 21, 2024
- Schools with air-conditioned classrooms have the discretion whether to hold face-to-face classes.
Meanwhile, in separate proclamations, President Ferdinand ‘Bongbong’ Marcos declared Monday, May 20 as a special non-working day in Sual, Pangasinan and Gattaran, Cagayan.
